Flavour is composed of crisp malts, spicy pine, some pithy citrus, waxy, light diacetyl.. palate is super crisp, highish carbonation. Refreshing. Nice.

Flavour is composed of medium sour, grapefruit, tangy breakfast orange, prickly orange, little Turkish delight note. Palate is semi sweet, super sharp z tangy pithy citrus, pinch of acid, wet dog.

Keg at the 73 Enid Street. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody bark, dryish apple, mellow funk, plastic container. Flavour is composed of spicy fuzzy apple, fruitella, some woody tannin, green apple, bark. Sharp fizzy apple. Palate is tart, fizzy, highish fine carbonation. Solid, authentic cider. Refreshing.

Aroma is lovely delicate, classic saison yeast character, leafy, clove, chamomile, with some coriander seed, lime twist. Palate is semi crisp, light refreshing, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi light pale rustic grains, straw, hay, some spicy notes, lime, fennel,. Very enjoyable and a welcome change of pace.
