Can from Stacks. Cloudy yellow, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of fried onion, shallot, grapefruit peel, garlic, gin, cheese rind, grape, melon. Taste has sweetish melon & grape in a doughy malt body, surrounded by spicy & dank onion, some garlic even. Bitter grapefruit leads the way to a peppery & resinous hoppy finish; more grapefruit peel and onion causing a hop burn, with a dash of warming gin-like alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Pretty intense Hazy, really testing the limits of the style.

Bottle from Delhaize.

T: sour green apple, gooseberry, plum; funky hay, bitter grass, bread crust.

Quite a young profile with that wild whiff of grass & hashish, but offering a decent complexity.
