T: sweetish melon & peach, bitter grapefruit, onion, biscuit.
F: bitter peppery & resinous hops, grapefruit peel, faintest dash of warming gin-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Everything you want from an old-school IPA.
A: hazy black, stable, foamy, beige head.
A: aniseed, liquorice, cocoa powder, raisin, mocha, toffee, cheap whisky.
T: sweet dried banana, red apple & raisin, spicy aniseed, clove, toast.
F: herbal hops, spices, dried fruits, touch of cocoa, subtle whisky alcohol.
P: medium body, thin oily texture, average carbonation.
Decent but doesn't really hit the spot like Anker's Whisky Infused.
A: clear golden, thin, off-white head.
A: lemongrass, wet kurkuma, lemon zest, hand soap, air freshener.
T: sour lemon zest & juice, soap, spicy coriander.
F: tart lemon zest, soap, spices.
P: light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation.
Supposed to be 7.5%, not noticeable. Very weird all in all, lacking focus stylewise. Something like a Belgian Radler?
A: clear dark golden, stable, foamy, off-white head.
A: grass, straw, bread crust, melon, yeast, vague butter.
T: sweetish apple & unripe pear, bitter straw, bready malts.
F: bitter grassy hops, yeast, touch of grapefruit.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Decent bitter bite, never really venturing into New World hop territory but solid as a Belgian IPA. Just needs a bit more finetuning.
A: GUSHER! (As expected.) Clear amber, thin, white head.
A: overripe apple, apricot, banana, butter cookies.
T: sweet apricot, sourish green apple, wheat.
F: grassy hops, butter, soap, perfume, spices.
P: light body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation.
Very messy, not really Wit-like; probably past its best, if it was even decent to begin with...

A: raspberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, berry coulis, artisan jam.
T: sweetish raspberry, bitter blueberry skin, sourish blackberry, jam.
F: tart berries galore, bitter berry skin & some herbal hops.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Clean and balanced.
