I don't really tick much nowadays. Still enjoy a decent beer just as much, along with the community that Ratebeer originally built.

I've not moved to that popular app and never will - It's become a monopoly which is having too much influence on today's craft beer scene.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Clear golden with a white head. Grainy, a touch herbal, yet fresh aroma. Light bodied with high carbonation.

Their new location that the moved to from the smaller one where AMO Brewery is located now. It’s an old car garage, and they’ve kept the general theme and vibe. Everything is on show with the small brewery at the back, simple bar in the front, a couple of tables upfront and games. I like it. Simple, down to earth and real. As well as the brewery the also function as a homebrew shop.

Hazy Pale Ale from LX Brewery

On draft at the brewery taproom. Very haze orange with an off white head. Aroma of fruity hops and citrus. Moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied.

A big open brewery taproom, just around the corner from Fermentage so great to combine visits to the two. Decent beers and a nice enough venue, though it could be quite cold on a proper winter day.

Small place with character. All sorts of different seats and tables, and some fun local beers on the menu. It seems popular for sports, and they'll do beer flights of their entire menu.
