I don't really tick much nowadays. Still enjoy a decent beer just as much, along with the community that Ratebeer originally built. I've not moved to that popular app and never will - It's become a monopoly which is having too much influence on today's craft beer scene.

Bottle from the brewery, enjoyed back in the “quiet” of my place in Amman. It’s a real dark brown with a tan head. Smells like overripe dark fruits, dried fruit, malt. Some light candy style sweetness and sugar. Decent body and soft carb. Not bad.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6.5

I expected to think the worst of this. It’s overly strong, seemingly made for folks who want alcohol before anything else. The funny thing is, it actually wasn’t too bad
