Painted bomber via South Hill Cider. Mojito glass at home.

Clear, medium gold, strong fizz & settle, lots of activity.
Smell is sharp with white grape, apricot, cedar, florals, sticky malt & sour papaya funk.
Taste is twangy sweet apricot & sour apple at first, inviting more tropical notes, then drying out just a bit. Some faux wood notes, very gentle sweet vinegar throughout. Lingering citrus peel. Finish has some apple astringency that is very nice.
Active & sizzling carbonation. Thin, medium tart, very sharp, with a slight lacquer. A touch stiff. Acid burns.

Kinda nice.

On tap at the source while waiting for our bbq, out of bbq, how about some chicken, order.

Baby tulip. Pale straw, soda head, slight haze.
Noticeable yogurt-y nose, wheat, & only a slight sour regurgitation of tropical essence.
Taste was very tart & twangy, with more of an obvious passionfruit hit. Sour/green strawberry or just perceived, not a ton of fruit but a ton of acid & a sip of vinegar over a thin & slightly itchy framework.

Pass.
