Unclear orange with a fluffy head. Lemon zest, grassy hops, biscuits, grain, hay. Dry zesty hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily creamy texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry hoppy zesty bitter finish. A crisp Kellerpils, nice!

Cloudy dark orange with a small head. Clove, banana and banana peel, lemon zest, hint of apple vinegar, bread. Mild dry sourness, fruity sweetness, dry zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty fruity vinegar-y sour sweet finish. A very interesting Weizen, very rural and well made, rather crisp also, what I generally prefer.

Clear golden with a small foamy head. Malty, slightly metallic, grainy, lemon, slightly buttery. Dry zesty bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty metallic grainy bittersweet finish. Solid Helles!

Unclear yellow with a fluffy creamy head. Hay, grass, straw, grain, slightly buttery, floral hops, some elderflower, lemon zest. Grainy fruity sweetness, dry hoppy zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, creamy texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry grassy floral hoppy grainy bittersweet finish. An outstanding Franconian Kellerpilsner!

Slightly unclear with a big foamy head. Roasted breadcrumbs, dark bread, slightly metallic, roasted malt, caramel, lemon zest, grassy hops, earthy. Hoppy roasty zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty hoppy malty bittersweet finish. Wow that is a great Dunkles!

Unclear yellow with a foamy head. Stone fruit, grain, straw, grapefruit, resin, herbal hops. Hoppy zesty bitterness, fruity sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, soft carbonated, dry hoppy zesty fruity bittersweet finish. A very well made summery Pale Ale, very complex and drinkable, didn’t expect this from this brewery!
