A can shared with Ogi and Marko at :PROJEKT, Ljubljana. Hazy amber, small off-white head. Aroma is intense honey, malts, spice and cardboard. Some dried fruit, some dried cherry. Sweet, honey, dried fruit. Medium body, soft carbonation. Honey dominates the palate. Smooth. Minimal bitterness, finishes with lasting sweetness.

On tap at :PROJEKT, Ljubljana, shared with Marko. Clear reddish pink, small off-white head. Aroma is red fruit, berries, grapes, vinous. Soft ripe apple underneath. Some candy. Light body, refreshing, rustic apple skins and red fruit skins, soft vinous tartness. Dry finish. Good balance overall.

Nuts, rye bread, some caraway, some spice, hint of licorice and alcohol. This is infected and gone sour with a strong flavour of aceto balsamico, tart cherry, sour bread, hints of cocoa and hints of sauerkraut, raisins and oak. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, dry, oaky. Astringent in the finish.

Light body, smooth, creamy, soft tartness. Flavour is tart peach and some dark fruit and red berries, mostly cherry. Minimal bitterness, quite thin, abrupt finish.
