Flavour is rustic roasty, burnt toast, slightly earthy. Soft texture, soft carbonation, medium body, moderate astringency, dry. Soft bitterness in the finish.

0.375 l bottle shared with Ogi. Unclear brown, reddish hue. Minimal head. Aroma is dried fruit, dried cranberries, dried cherries, raisins, molasses, hints of cocoa, spice and alcohol. Medium to full body, sticky, slick, cloying. Flavour is oak, whiskey, vanilla, some charred wood. Raisins, honey, liqueur-like texture. Hints of coconut. Sweet. Heavy and warming, not too boozy, alcohol hidden quite nicely for over 15%. Finishes a bit too sweet.

Flavour is biscuity, toasty, coffee, slightly roasty, quite bitter roasty with hints of earthy hop bitterness, some astringency. Hints of resinous and zesty hops. Medium body, moderate carbonation, dry finish, slightly harsh.
