Very soft dried fruit and red berries. Smooth, sticky, sweet, coconut, molasses, dried fruit, some licorice in the flavour. Warming, light finish.

0.375 l bottle shared with Ogi and Marko at PROJEKT, Ljubljana. Dark brown to black, oily, minimal head. Aroma is alcohol, coffee, molasses, roasty. Hints of biscuit. Sweet, coffee, biscuit, caramel, vanilla, nice tiramisu resemblance if that's what we're aiming for. Sweet, not really too sweet, smooth, sticky, alcohol not so present in the flavour, finishes sweet.

A 0.375 l bottle shared with Ogi and Marko at PROJEKT, Ljubljana. Clear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is bretty, goaty and cheesy, vinous, ripe apple, esters. Hints of citrus, coriander and lemongrass. Nice black pepper phenols and some rock salt. Flavour is lychee, plum, white cherry, hints of tropical fruit. Thin, oily, soft, sweet. Bubblegum. Soft lemony and vinous tartness. Light dry finish.

Smooth, oily, flavour is molasses, oak, toasty, dried fruit. Burnt, roasty, bitter, heavy, lightly boozy. Lasting dry finish.

On tap at PROJEKT, Ljubljana, shared with Marko. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Great Sabro showcase, tropical, coconut, hints of herbs and spice. Slightly perfumy. Flavour is lightly hoppy, citrusy, fresh tropical fruit, coconut, thin, light body, moderate carbonation, soft tartness, light dry finish. Light bitterness.

Flavour is earthy, bready, meaty and cardboard. Light body, soft to moderate carbonation, dry finish. Minimal bitterness. Ruined and messy.

Light body, moderate carbonation. Flavour is citrus, lemon peel, lime but oxidiziled. Smooth, soft carbonation, abrupt finish. Refreshing, but not very pleasing.
