A- Black color, black liquid, brown head.
A- Chocolate, oak.
F- Oak, slightly bitter finish, roasty, bakers chocolate.
T- Full body, slightly thin texture, average carbonation, slightly tangy finish.
O- Not the best KBS variant. Too much oak. Gave off some tangy notes and a bit drier that I would've liked. Okay.
A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, white head.
A- Citrus, fake lemon, mild grain.
F- Artificial lemon, cleaner, mild wheat.
T- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly unbalanced finish.
O- Nice to see a Husker craft brew. Of course this will please the Husker masses, but Kros Strain could do so much better. Pretty off tasting citrus wheat like something New Belgium might put out for fun Love the can artwork, but not so much the beer. Still cool but as boring and tasteless as Nebraska.

A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, no head.
A- Apple, mild spice, faint vanilla.
F- Apple skins, vanilla, mild cinnamon.
T- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet finish.
O- Inception perhaps. A cider meant to taste like a donut that was made to taste like a cider. Hmmm...I do like the idea here but it just tasted like a plain cider. No baked goods flavor. Touch of cinnamon and some vanilla, but otherwise just a well made generic tasting cider.

A- Clear color, clear liquid, no head.
A- Faint orange, apple, faint vanilla.
F- Vanilla ice cream, orange candy, sweet.
T- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.
O- Strong orange creamsicle bar flavor which is the goal obviously. The aroma is a bit weak and it just looks like carbonated water.

A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, minimal light brown head.
A- Roasty, black coffee, mild vanilla.
F- Roast, black coffee, mild vanilla, chocolate, slightly bitter.
T- Medium body, slightly thick texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.
O- Clearly some high quality beans in this brew. One of the better coffee beers I've had in recent memory. Not sweet but also not a vegetal earthy coffee flavor. Like a nice cup of single origin coffee with a hint of booze. Tasty.
A- Black color, black liquid, minimal brown head.
A- Vanilla, chocolate, mild booze.
F- Vanilla, fudge, faint oak, light bourbon, mild smoke.
T- Full body, slightly thick texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.
O- Very nice. Not too sweet. The vanilla is definitely the star and plenty of chocolate. The barrel adds to it but not as much as you'd expect. Easy to drink. Too easy. Nothing quite like a good White Elm stout.
