Half pour enjoyed with my dinner @ Prohibition Pig. Lightly hazy gold with light lace. Aroma is light citrus notes, coriander, and traces of yeast. Flavor starts with mild coriander, with some citrus zest joined yeast and a light hop presence in the finish. Solid backbone of wheat and grain. This brew has a clean dry finish and real easy to drink. Well done.

Light to medium sweet flavor with white bread, further camomile, some straw, orange, wheat. Light bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Good balance to finish, light sweetness, some dry bready pale malts, wheat, citrus. Lovely witbier. Lots of goodness packed in here.
