Pours unclear dark copperbrown. No real head. Smell is medium light, tart , oak. Fruity note. Taste is tart, oaky, mild fruity. Tad dry. OK

7 3 8 3 15 Draft at Vini Biere Rebelli '17. Near clear brown with a tan head. Aroma of tart dark fruits, vinegar, caramel, oak. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Les Fleurs under the name Belle d'ete. Cloudy yellow with a full white head. Aroma of yeast and malt. Flavour is wheat, sour malt, dry fruit. Finish is lingering fruit, a little sour.

Little hazy orange to amber beer, small irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, bit dirty, infected. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, some banana, little sweet, caramel. Aftertaste: soft acidity, some grassy hops, green banana peel, little earthy.
