Last Bottle for sale on this day at Cantillon pre Eurostar, 12th September 2025. Bottled October 2024. Pours a pretty pink. Aroma is vineous, fruity,, funky, earthy, musty. Taste is tart, grapes and fruit, light musty, sour, complex, wood, fruit skins. Enjoyable, surprised I had not had this before.

2022 vintage bottle at the brewery. Nose and taste are highly intense grapes, full-on fruityness, almost sweetly so. It’s got a fair amount of funkyness to pair it with and surprisingly low level of acidity. Hit the spot for me.

Bottle at Cantillon. 2024 version. Earthy up front. Berry and hedgerow fruit. Cherry lips sweets. Opens up in the glass nicely. Sweet on the lips and dry on the palate. Drank easy.

Sweet, fruity, tannic. Red grapes, quite vinous. Thinnish aftertadte, dry, very nice.
Juicy! Great!

[20/2/23] Bottle at Cantillon in Brussels. Deep red. Lots of grapes, cherries, a bit of butterscotch, sour, quite mild, a bit of sweetish fruity feel. Great.

750mL bottle, pours a deep purpleish red with almost no head. Nose brings out earthy red grapes, light leather, and a touch of acidity. Flavour is flat, with earthy red grape skins, some tannins, oak, and moderate acidity. Earthy, tannic, and flat. It's good but the complexity isn't on the level of their blended grape lambics.

750ml shared with Ryan and Phill. Appearance: awesome purple with a weak rose head. Aroma: amazing grapes, nice funk. Taste: same, almost flat, low acidity. Overall: good one, I would want a bit more of carbonation, though, despite the beer was made like this purposely.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2022 vintage). Clear deep red with minimal white head. A little bit flat (deliberately so), nice soft earthy red grape, feint berry note. Enjoyable.
