500ml bottle from Westhill Service station..it pours clear golden - blonde with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, fruit salad vibes, peach, guava, starburst splash of lemonade, lemon verbena. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, pleasing and peachy bitterness, pithy lemon, slightly herbal, lemon verbena, pine, guava, touch of lychee, peach and some bubblegum with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Lovely depth of flavour to it. Moreish and quenching.

Tap at the kernel tap room bermondsey. A brushed golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is rustic earthy grains, straw, cut grass, lemon rind, green. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, cut grass, hedgerow hop. Firm bitterness. Palate is super crisp, light grainy, highish carbonation.

Not bad, little rough round the edges.

Monstrously drinkable, some pithy lemon, a little rindy bitterness, honeysuckle, pine needles, lean pale bread. Crushed this beer in no time.

Near clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Light pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine, pretty smooth. A persistent bitterness that I have not noted from this hop previously. Mild lemonade on the back end along with a touch of floral lemon. The light finish brings a touch of Schwepps bitter lemon and a pinch of hop spice. Refreshing, good to drink on a hot day. Was hoping for more of the core hop character though, still, lemon is probably the one thing that really needs to come from this hop and it does here.

On tap at Kernel Tap Bermondsey. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Lovely fruit aroma of citrus fruits. Lime. I mean that's lovely. Just so much better than other pale ales. I sit here and just relax. I am home I am sat at the bar of my favourite English brewery. Outrageously good. Fruit. Drinkability. Moderate bitterness on the finish. Good.

Keg at Mother Arch iii, 25/06/2025.
Moderately hazed orange to light golden topped with an off white head that thins to a swirl.
Nose is orange peel, grass, citric tinged straw, melon.
Taste comprises orange zest, a little subdued in its approach, melon, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness.
Okay pale but not up to the Kernel's usual standards.
