Ok, so maybe we took a little inspiration from a certain smoothie chain classic?! The fruit combination of passion fruit, peach, mango, strawberry & orange works magic in the crushable base of our Imperial sour ale. Kick off your shoes, get some sand between your toes, and leave your worries behind. Wade into this sea of flavor and enjoy the rhythmic push and pull of rich tropical sweetness and tantalizing acidity.

Can. Murky reddish-orange beer with a cream head. Orange and summer fruit aroma with light tartness. Sour and light acetic flavor with orange, summer fruit, and berries. Medium bodied. Sour and light acetic notes linger with orange, summer fruit, and berries.

Poured from.a 16 oz can dated August 27, 2020. Aroma is fairly lactose forward with quite a bit of passion fruit, guava, orange, and stone fruit. Faint notes of grain. Pours a hazy, orangish red with a medium sized, fairly thin, slightly pink head that recedes quickly and disappears. Flavor is very sweet with tons of lactose and hints of grain. Light bitterness and loads of fruit notes. Mostly citrus forward with lighter guava and passion fruit. Moderate acidity. Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium low carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a fun beer. Very fruity and lactose forward. Solid acidity to cut the sweetness a bit. Not much base beer character.

Can. Ya, another one of these. Heavy on the vanilla, lots of fruit juice stuff. Kind of Orange Hi-C colored, but unclear. Bit of tartness. Medium body.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours translucent copper with a white head. Aroma is very passionfruit with a possible touch of pineapple. Med body. Flavor is tart, dry passionfruit. There’s an acidity suggesting pineapple. Tasty stuff. Recommended.
