Lovely pithy lemon character, wheat flakes, mild yeast, lemongrass, biscuits, mellow bitter straw. Looks gorgeous. Immensely drinkable.

Keg at Enid Street. Hazy-opaque light gold. Thick frothy foamy white head. Aroma is yeasty, lightly citrusy and herbal. Not a fan. It's slightly reminiscent of sour milk. Flavourwise it combines citrus sour and bitterness with light resin and then herbs and fried onion. Sone banana sweetness hidden in the mix. Light. Thin to slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Alright. Just doesn't do it for me... perhaps the Mosaic jarring with the Weisse elements.

Bottle. Beer Stop Dronfield. Kernel #502. Missed the 500th 🤦🏻♂️ Anyway. Hazed glowing pale gold. Kernel swede, obviously, albeit a tad looser than on a pale or an IPA. Lots of mosaic forward fruity notes going well this the yeasty esters. Touch of dryness and a clean mouthfeel further pulling it all together. Never a favourite style but this got sank pretty quick.

Keg at Mother Arch iii, 23/07/2025.
Almost clear golden orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is grass, hedgerow, orange peel, lemon rind, faint herb.
Taste comprises orange peel, light yeast presence, grass, herb, straw, melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness.
A solid exponent of the style.
