BXLBeerfest. Pours red. Aroma is sour, medicinal, fruity. Flavor is sour, fruity, berries, some cherry like notes. Finish has some acidity. Overall: very good.

Thank you for sharing RB crew! Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Bright red purple small off-white head. Nose is weird, somewhat buttery with acidic vinegar red grapes. Taste is buttery acidic, puckering red grape,… Body is buttery. Nice but also strange & not fully what it should be it seems to me. Tommi Sjef is occasionally awesome, usually solid but not the end of all sours as too many claim but he makes nice beers for sure, I dig him.

Clear deep ruby red beer, small creamy light pink head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, sweetish impression, good stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, tannins, pretty acidic, not much fruit. Aftertaste: lemon, some vinegar, funky stuff...

Sampled at BXL. Semi-hazy ruby pour with a thin off-white head. Notes of blueberries, tart fruit, minerals. Really tart, high carbonation.

Bottle @ Benzai is uitgepierd tasting, 10 cl sample. Slight hazy pinkish color, short frothy head. Lovely fruitiness, not a lot of dark fruit and blackcurrant which Im glad of, some marzipan, bit funk. Soft sourness in taste, slight fruity and funky. Superb balance. Lovely once again.

Bottle @ "Benzai is zo dood als een pier tasting". Nice deep dark red to almost purple color, small pinkish head that disappears quickly. Aroma is a bit faint, I don’t get more than a faint cherry hint. Tastes sourish, cherry-ish like I get in a kriek often, don’t get vanilla but I do get berries. The cherry-ish flavor that annoys me though isn’t really there anymore after a while. So definitely up by .3 or so. Still, a bit on the sour side imo.

7 4 7 3 14 Bottle at Oedpus, Carnivale Brettanomyces opening party 2017. Red with a purple head. Aroma of tart berries, blueberry and light woody notes. Flavour is above moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [22/06/2017]
