(Draft at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Sep 2025) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, herbs and dried fruit. Fruity, herbal taste with citrus, soft fruit, apricots, spicy herbs, grass, peaches and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Quite a fruity saison. Refreshing. Nice one.

Keg at the source. Pours near clear gold with a white head. Soft, floral, citrussy, wheaty, mild saison funk, hay. Easy drinking saison.

Clear light blond to yellow beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very rural impression, yeasty, dry, a bit funky, brett notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, grains, hay, a bit yeasty, fruity, more yeast, bitter, floral touch. Aftertaste: a bit soapy, dry, spicy, hay, bitter, grassy touch, decent one!

Dorée, col blanc finc rémeux tenace.
Arôme est frais entre léger fleuri houblonné et une belle note de grains concassés / malt pils en support, effet presque de foin / fourage fraichement coupés.
Palais est assez sec, malt pils en dominance le tout repris par un léger apport houblonné noble fleuri avec une petite note rustique en retrait tout en surfant plus sur les codes d'une farmhouse que saison hennuyère.
