A hazed blonde yellow gose with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with lime, tropical fruit, citrus, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart apples, citrus pulp, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Messorem Flotter Sur La Mer Morte
Draft at Brick Farm, 2/12/26 (left in photo). Clear yellow, fizzy white head. Tart citrus, dough, grass, citrus zest, bread, and salinity. Very drinkable.

Good, authentic tangerine with some salinity. Not too acidic, floral, etc...
Nice and salty with fresh tangerine bitterness, juice and floral notes. Light and fluffy, refreshing and with an excellent salinity and overall balance. No cheap lactic character.

14 oz draft. Aroma of tangerine, salt, mild acid. Flavor is a carbon copy. Mild salinity with a very mild tart finish. A nice drinking Gose.

On tap at Stillwell. Pours a murky dull blonde with a white head. Gentle saline nose with some light acidity. Flavour has a salty, sour character, some coriander. Decent gose, not amazing.

Mildly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a bubbly-frothy off-white cap that fizzes away fairly quickly, not leaving much, but a ring of wavy foam. Fresh Gose aromas with the citrus, light saltiness and spices. Tangerine notes come out eventually, and continue in the taste. Not too sure on the tongue. A touch of saline and some tart left. Quite a refreshing, easy to gulp Gose with citruses - good on this humid, hot summer day.
