But, how delicious is this fruity Sour Ale… And how could it not be with all these goodies it contains. The strawberry and mango shine. Rounded sweet and sour.

Can, thank you Fin! Pors dark red to purple, low head. Light coppery berry skin aroma mixed with mango/durian. Medium body, dry clay, chalk mouthfeel. Fruits soften the minerals up a bit, strawberry and tropical creme, restrained tartness. Fine hop bitterness in the finish, elderflower and strawberry retronasal. Unusual flavor combination - which almost works.

Can, shared with Marko and Fin. Murky deep raspberry. Red berries, milk. Taste is front heavy, juicy, sweet, dry, milk, rhubarb red berry. A bit too muddled random juicy fruity sweetness.

Can courtesy of Kostas Kykao, cheers Kostas, and consumed in the company of Ursula and Marko Saturday 19th July 2025 at the Mangled Ham tasting. Pours old blood colour, there was a head but it isn't there now so cannot be certain of the colour, I'm picking up a little mintiness here, which is strange because the strawberry is definitely there though more in a jammy type way. Soft mouthfeel, nice fruitiness, good.

Can, Mangled Fly tasting, huge thx F&L! Murky deep red body, pink head, quickly gone. Interesting, vinuous aroma, not many outright strawberryish notes, even less mango, but it works! Juicy taste, candyish strawberry backed by mango, good, prickly carbonation, low tartness, low sulfur. Tasty enough, bit weird though.
