Burorina is een krachtige, double dryhopped west coast IPA, gebrouwern in samenwerking met Brouwerij Walhalla uit Amsteram. Verwacht een frisse bitterheid en een explosie van citrus en tropisch fruit dankzij de hopcombinatie van Centennial, Simcoe, Chinook, Citra en Galaxy. Helder, intens en uitgesproken. Een goddelijk bier met een bite.

Troebel lichtgeel bier met veel schuim wat niet lang blijft staan. Smaak is bitter hoppig en fruitig met iets van ananas, wat citrus, gras, tropisch fruit en hars. Lekker maar niet bijzonder.

Can at home. Quite clear golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, bitter hops, straw. Hmm average I'd say. Not impressed.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 14 Aug 2025) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Hoppy nose with notes of grapefruit, herbs, citrus peel and grass. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, pine needles, herbs, crisp-bread and a generous citric/piney bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite dry. Hoppy and refreshing WCIPA. Nice one.

Blik 44cl thuis. Bitters, grapefruit, citrus, grassig, hoppig, tropisch fruit, wat grainy, licht droog, maltig. (23-10-2025).

A touch cloudy golden with a white head. Big pine, grapefruit, citrus, grassy notes and a touch of sweet malt to balance. Finish is bitter and semi-dry. Lovely bitterness like a proper WCIPA is supposed to have. Spot on.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Citrus, fruity hop, grapefruit, biscuity pale malt, tropical notes, hint of pine. Medium bitter flavour with a slight sweetness. Medium body. Good, classic IPA with a decent bitterness.

0.44 l can from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', best before December 2026. Slightly hazy, golden orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral aroma of mango, papaya and passion fruit. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral taste of passion fruit, papaya, grapefruit and mango, followed by a short, quite bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice one, not really a classic West Coast IPA though, rather a bitter Hazy IPA.
