Can from Covenhoven. Glad to finally see this stuff up here. High hopes? ...Maybe. Let this chill in the fridge for a few days. Pale, ginger ale/gray opaque pour. Not the prettiest stuff. Pear, gum, yeast, potato, candy, straw. Smell could mean anything. Taste is gum, yeast, light lemon, watery apples flavor, soft tartness, soft bitterness. Not sweet, too yeasty. Mushy. Alaline. Sparkly. Not sure what's going on. Meh.

Great! Tart yellow/crisp apples/fruit peel/pear/white wine/herbal/yeast earth. Dry/semicrisp carb. Fairly acid/tannic drying. No harshness. Refreshingly drinkable. Great apple complexity/balance w/ wine yeast. Mild warmth. Very impressive as expected.

On tap at ANXO, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out white wine yeast, crisp apples, and apple skins. Flavour is quite dry, with wine yeast, crisp apple skins, and some dry earthy notes. Dry, earthy and vinous.

Draft at Salt Line. Poured a clear, kind of dark blond color with a small fizzy head. Aroma was light apples, touch of a light acidic character, very mild. Mild apple sweetness in the finish.

12oz pour, hazy gold with a bit of lime green flickering, a ring of white head. Nose has green apples, lemon juice, white grape. Flavor is a little washed out, apples and lemon. Watery finish, lightly tart.
