Draft at Uiltje bar. Aroma of vanilla, oak, caramel and raisin. Taste of vanilla, bourbon, caramelised malt, butter and raisin. Very nice.

Draft at Uiltje Bar. Brown with a small tan head. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, malt, toffee, oak, caramel, candy and booze. Flavour is heavy sweet and above moderate bitter. Full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Klimaet Cellar Clearance. Hazy reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, wood and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. 030217

Sample from 375 ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with a thin, off white head. Sweet aroma with bourbon barrel, vanilla, rich caramel malts, fruits, toffee, light booze. Taste is sweet. Full bodied. Finishes lasting sweet with toffee and bourbon barrel. Lovely.

Bottle@Jespers - Dark brown pour with beige head. Sweet malty and fruity, hoppy backing, lovely rich caramel and toffee sweetness, plethora of dried fruit, nice bourbon soaked wooden notes into the finish.
