Bottle 37,5 cl. 9.8% on this bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a small, off-white head. Distinct, spicy aroma, almost perfumyish from the Bourbon. Body only medium, sweet caramel and a little harsh booze. The barrel-aging has thinned the beer somewhat making the alcohol stand out more. But that aroma is out of this world. 180517

Hazy mahogany . Big bourbon, malty, caramel and oaky. Medium body with tons of bourbon with marshmallow, oak and cherries. Modestly sweet. This is yummy stuff. Not mind blowing good but solid.

Tap (Warpigs, Copenhagen). Hazy, amber colour with delicate, beige, short-lasting head. Aroma is intense with huge note of sweet vanilla and fruity notes behind. There is everything the best we can get from bourbon barrel. Sweet vanilla, very intense, great smoothness, completely no alcohol but of course beer warms inside and delicate, wooden finish. Full body but really good drinkable like for such power. I am very happy I had opportunity to drink this beer. It is huge pleasure.

Draft glass @ Gollem. Stupidly better than the base beer but that one is all obscured here, this is basically bourbon with a malt body & base. Dark ruby copper brown, creamy tanned head. Nose is sweet bourbon syrup to the max with dates, sugar, molasses, low herbal syrup, faint note of the base I presume. Body is thick bourbon syrup goodness with malt, sugar & dates, low Coca-Cola, caramel, raisin,... Body is malty bourbon goodness,... Really nice if you are big into malt & bourbon.
