The latest in our Indie Collab series is a bright & breezy nod to those long summer days before your back hurt just from sitting up too quickly.
Dreamed up in collaboration with some of the finest independent craft bars and bottle shops in the UK, our pals at Joule in Manchester, Kill the Cat in London and Craft Beer Bottle Shop in Perth headed to our Edinburgh brewery to create this ultra-refreshing session sour, conditioned on zingy lime juice, zest and juicy melon.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger, as Vault City Eazy Breezy. Clear green colour. Aroma and flavour of lime and honeydew melon, more or less artificial. Medium sour, lactic acid. Not undrinkable, but not something I'd buy again.

Tap at Pastryccioni Festival, in Rimini, Italy. Pours greenish, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is herbal, medicinal, a little balsamic, a mix between melon and mint. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet. Final is average.

440ml can @ Belgian Beer Geeks Autumn Gathering 2025. First Vault City beer I've had in over a year! Pours a pale mist green, white head, very floral nose. Extremely floral dandelion to taste, some nettle and myriad herbal contributions balanced out with juicy lime and light melon hints. Comes together quite well. Like it.

18/X/25 - 44cl can @ BBGG Fall ‘25 (home), BB: 26/VI/27, 14:36, G738 (2025-1050) Thanks to Bart A. for sharing the can!
Clear light green to bright green beer, practically no head. Aroma: very sugary, sweet impression, lots of artificial candy flavourings, meh. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sugary, sweet, more sugary, candy, watermelon flavoured candy. Aftertaste: a bit sweet, sugary, more candy still, alcohol touch, yeasty, banana, meh, not a big fan.
