Meet Gold Rush, our 7th anniversary cider, made with 100% Gold Rush apples. It’s tart, a little tannic, bursting with fruity, juicy notes, and in our opinion it might just be the best cider we’ve made. It comes in at 8.5% and has zero grams of sugar.

Panda courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Clear pale gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of fruit, apple flesh, funk hint. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fleshy, fruity, with some light funk, slick acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Thanks Shig! Got a couple cans to go as I was exiting the Chapel Hill fart dungeon.

Clear, pale, quick flash of soda head.
Earthy, briny nose, white wine, marigold.
Briny, sweet n sour, dusty yeast, long bittersharp twang, white wine finish.
Low sparkle, bright, on the thinner side, bit of burn.
Good aromatics, a little harsh, very slight industrial feels.

Good value.

Can: Poured a clear golden with a white bubble head. Aroma is musty, apples. Taste is carbonated, apple, dry, tangy.
