An American-style IPA brewed with 100% Irish malt. Pine and citrusy grapefruit are balanced by a full, malt backbone. Very pale with a slight hop haze from high levels of dry hopping. Fruity aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit and orange. The flavour is equally fruity, with a soft mouthfeel and a balanced finish.

Slightly hazy medium golden colour, lots of tiny bubbles, tall rocky white to off-white head, half-way lasting, good sticky lacing. Fruity nose, aroma pale malts, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pine. Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham, consumed at home sat down the garden cooking a BBQ Saturday 11th June 2016 Pours warm gold with a slim and sticky white head. Loz gets toffee and thinks that it’s a little strange, I on the other hand don’t mind it at all, fruity, good carbonation, soft mouthfeel. Little bit lacking for 7.2% but seriously it’s not a bad effort. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; cloudy chestnut brown pour with a thin white head, aroma has pine and some caramel, taste has some spice, pine, sweet caramel, some tangerine.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Kris Wines. Pours clear, orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Somewhat grainy pale malts in the nose, jammy citrus, pine, bread, berries. Medium sweet flavour with notes of gooey pine, faint caramel, bitter pine, grass, simple bready malts, ripening berries, toffee. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with plump citrus fruits, light gooey pine, sugary bread, some chlorine notes, faint toffee, tangerine, orange. So so overall.

Hazy dark amber-orange color, good cloudy off-white head, lace. Riped tropical fruits in the nose, mango and peach. Medium to full-bodied. Quite robust IPA. Riped fruits, mango, passion fruit, kiwi, citrus and then alcohol. A bit of everything here. Fruity hoppy but also a bit alcoholic brew. Doesn’t work with salted peanuts.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hiopy wonderfull aroma. Moderate bitter flabvor. Long moderate bitter fnish. Fantastic nice well balanced IPA. Creamy palate.

Bottle @ Torben Matthews tasting as Irish IPA. Clear golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 270416

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a long nice bitter finish.
