Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a nice white foamy head. Aroma of tropical fruit with nice hoppy undertones and delicate tart notes. Taste is also a nice mix between some tropical fruit notes with nice hoppy undertones and delicate tart notes. Body is about average with nice level of carbonation. Nice level of complexities with great amount of drinkability.

May 2017 bottle drunk June '17 and again on 7/28/17.
Cloudy, tranluscent pearskin-tinted brassy-gold topped by a thin but dense white head.
Excellent blend of salinity, oak and fruity, tropical, citrusy dry hops. It comes off neither too sharp or hop-dominated, while the lactic character is folded in to both the oak and biscuity, cereal-like malts quite well. Balanced and with tons of mineral, limestone-like character and big bursts of guava, lime and pineapple throughout.
Soft and slippery in the mouth but with ample, tight carbonation and high attenuation. Limeskin, pineapple, limestone, biscuit and oak tannin are all nicely homogenized, while salinity is gentle but helps dampen the sourness. Juicy, tart, fruity notes lingering enjoyably, with no alcohol, excess of acid or toasted oak. Very flavorful for its size.

Bottle purchased at Spruce Creek Provision. Bright yellow color, hazy. Aroma of tart lemons, straw, salt, and leafy green hops, whoa! Hop carries over into the flavor. Mild grass mixed with lemons. Straw grainy backbone. Chewy wheat and a mild salt hint. Light body is and lightly crisp. Real nice.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 5/2017. Pours moderately hazy pale golden/yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of huge lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, guava, berry, mango, melon, orange peel, sea salt, brine, oak, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity/acidic yeast, oak, and moderate pale malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, guava, berry, mango, melon, orange peel, sea salt, brine, oak, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate lactic tartness; and light herbal/grassy bitterness and yeast/oak spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, guava, berry, mango, melon, orange peel, sea salt, brine, oak, pepper, pine, wheat, cracker, bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity/acidic yeast, oak, and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from tart/bitter/spiciness and carbonation, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy, fairly acidic/saline, and lightly sticky/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is fantastic gose! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity/acidic yeast, oak, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly tart/acidic finish. This is unlike any gose I have had before, but I love it. Insanely vibrant and dank on hops/fruity yeast character; nice solid levels of acidity, oak, and salt; with a balancing pale/wheat malt backbone. A highly enjoyable offering.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow color, white ice cream cone head. Aroma of freshly cut haystacks covered with fresh flowers, dusted with white pepper and placed in a meadow breeze. Taste is earthy, and very lighty tart, stone fruit and lemon. What a great idea to dry hop a gose.
