6/5/2026. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers! Decent pour. Very woody, drying, tart citrus, vinegar, vanilla. Dry and tangy tart. A little creamy. Enjoyed this.

Thanks Shiggy!
Mojito glass at home during Zoom beer chatz.
Pours out like Lipton iced tea with a spritzer but short head.
Sweet n sour nose, with something like sticky, cooked apricots, macerated grain & bubble gum.
Honey front end, long oak, citrus rind bite, medium-easy funk, grainy finish; bold.
Sharp, oily, unintentional blip of carb.
Non-traditional. Tis good.

Bottle pour shared by AdamChandler--thanks, Adam, at OT Camp tasting. Cloudy light brown with thin ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is strong tart fruit. Taste is strong funk/barnyard and tart fruit. Smooth texture, thin bodied, soft carbonation, quite tart finish.
This is well made but I just don't like tart beer that much.

375 ml Bottle shared by Clarkvv. Thank you! Aroma and flavor has old wood, funky yeast, barnyard. Lots of long, lingering funk character. Interesting.
