355ml can, drank in Laguna Hills on 29th June 2024 while on holiday at my daughters place. Black body, lightly tanned head. Roasted/toasted malts rule the roost with this Irish style Stout, a little thin mouthfeel wise but tasty enough.

Medium brown, thin head. Toasty, nutty aroma. Light body, pretty dry. Lacks sweetness. Ok but comes across a bit light.

Tap at Societe. One of my favorite Stouts of the trip. Dry, sweet, roasty. Super easy medium body. Pleasant chocolate tones.

Draft - Dark roast and toast. Jet black with a decent beige head. Dark roast and nice coffee and chocolate notes.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty weak smoky caramel aroma. Roasted malty caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel finish.

GABF 2015. Black beer. Dry stout. Surprisingly rich and full flavor. Dry for sure, roasted grain, a good earthy character and much better than most of its style, which doesn’t surprise me from this brewery.

Draught @ Churchill’s Pub & Grille, San Marcos, CA
Pours pitch black with a smooth head. Aroma of roasty malts, coffee and chocolate. Taste is smooth, slightly roasty and malty with some coffee and chocolate. Finish is smooth and slightly roasty with some coffee and chocolate. Quite tasty.
