Caña en VI Artbeerfest Caminha 14.. 07..2018. (r114) Color negro intenso con espuma beige. Sabores suaves, cacaos y vainillas con buena dosis de maltas torrefactas. Cuerpo medio a intenso con buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio, fino, espumoso y buena densidad. Bastante buena para repetir.

330ml bottle. Pours jet black with a medium head. Aroma is oily roast, root beer and a little vanilla. Taste has vanilla sponge and roast to start. Oily roast finish. A little coffee and liquorice.

Bottle from the Crafty Bottle, Lincoln. Jet black colour with a small tan head. Aroma chocolate, toasted malty and vanilla. Taste light bitter to medium sweet. Full rich body.

Bottle shared at Leighton's place 03/02/2018. An oily black coloured pour with a fading tan head. Aroma is sweet, coconut, vanilla, cakey, creamy, cakey malts. Flavour is composed of sweet, cakey, vanilla, oak, cakey malts, oak, . Palate si medium swet, woody, Nice woody oak, cakey.

Bottle at LKS. It pours darkest brown with a small beige head. The aroma is quite sweet, cakey malts, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, toasty roast, oiliness and rocky road. The taste is soft, slick, bitter - sweet, charred wood, vanilla, cakey, rich roasted malt, coffee, tar, toothy action, cake frosting, spice and leather with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit sweet perhaps, but good fun.

Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Tipple. Pours rich brown with a creamy, beige head. The nose has dense chocolate, roast, berries, chocolate cake. Meidum to big sweet flavour with nips of vanilla sauce, gooey chocolate, more cake, moderate roast, ash. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Somewhat warming on the finish, more rich and rounded cocoa character, decent ashy bitterness, earth, raisins. Great stuff overall.

Bottle. Color: Black, thin lght brown head. Taste: Dark roasted malt, bitterness, notes of black coffee, cocoa, mocha and hints of vanilla. Bit boozy and earthy. I like the way the overall a bit predominant bitterness is contrasts with the subtle vanilla sweetness, pretty complex but at the same time I am missing something in the complexity. Not sure what it is though... Full body, average carbonation. Overall a very nice one, but just not a topper.
