Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks troubles. Deep golden. Apple, cookies, honey, sweet, chewy, rounded. Great and dessert-like.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear light copper brown with no head at all. Clear aroma of fermented apples with dark notes of burn. Sweet-sourish and burning taste of fermented apples and dust, the most perfect taste experience of the kind I have ever had. Applelike and burning aftertaste. Absolutley perfect. I am in paradise right now.

Bottle. Dark yellow colour. Powerfull apple flavor. Long powerfull sweet appke finish. Creamy palate.

2009 bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear amber, no head. Sweet apple aroma. Sweet, fermented apple flavour. Vanilla, alc warmth. Absolutely lovely.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. No head. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich apple juice, fruits and is very intense and has a nice sweet balanced fruityness. Lovely.

Amber, No head. This has a rich sugar, light apple, touch of cinnamon and some vanilla sugar. Sweet with a cinnamon with a touch of acidity with a whack of brown sugar. Solid.

Bottle - Vintage 2012 - Caramel sweet apple. Clear gold. Sticky and cooked apple with a long sweet finish. Nice.

Sampler. Pours clear golden. Aroma is aged apple, wood, gummy bears. Body is medium, with a strong apple sweetness, no carbonation, boozy but nicely intense. Wood again. Quite well balanced. Good!

Bottle. Light metallic fall apple nose, apple brandy. Pretty golden, slick surface. Quick apple bon bon start, green apple notes, light pear fruitiness, mellow candy sweet finish.

From a 50ml sampler. Deep golden color with no head. Aroma is honey, walnut, intense apple nectar, woody, lots of quince. Taste is intensest apple nectar, honey, nutty again, sweet, a slight bit tart as well, tannic finish. Walnuts in the aftertaste. Full-bodied, viscous, thick. Not the best Ice Cider I’ve had, but a really good drink. However, I expect no less of Ice Cider anymore.
