Fairly hazy light brown and exceptionally deep copper coloured body with a thick, four centimetre tall tan head that fades fast. Aroma of earth, malt, nuts, light tea and pungent grain along with some sugars and a touch of fruit. Medium-bodied; Assertive effervescence; Strong tea and toasted malt flavours with some earth, grain and yeast throughout. Aftertaste shows some sweetness from light fruits, a bit of the unfinished sugars with caramel and pure caster sugar along with some earthy malt, a bit of the biscuits and some bright bready yeast near the finish. Overall, a decent beer with some moderate flavours of tea, grain, light earth and mellow fruits without much hoppiness at all, but showing something at least and definitely nothing bad or offensive. Probably not worth buying unless you are limited on beers and/or can't find anything else! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Grape Vine in Fort Mill, South Carolina on 21-August-2017 for US$2,13 after watching the Eclipse with my family, sampled at home in Washington on 10-December-2017.

12oz can pours a murky amber with a ring of white head. Nose has biscuit and cracker, lemon, yeast, some clear English tea. Flavor is the same, are we sure this doesn’t have tea in it? Also has lemon, light caramel, a little biscuit. Tannic finish. Drinkable.

A hazed amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with light grassy tea, light raspberry, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of black tea, berries, a bit earthy, somewhat cloying. On tap at brewery.
