Can: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of grainy cereal notes with some subtle light dry hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of grainy cereal notes with some floral dry hoppy notes and light faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. OK lager but malt bill is a bit too grainy for me.

Clean, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and leaving thick, creamyish lacing. Big yeasty aromas with berry notes. Then, some of the cereal malts come through to help a little. Thankfully, the taste is much better, with the yeast being normal. Some cereal malt base, bready notes, again berries and some good herbal, drying hoppy finish. Kellerbier are known for being yeasty, but a little too much in the nose here. Rest is fine, and hoppier for the style.

A pale golden lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, light chlorine, still pleasant. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.
