Is it a bird? Is it a Plane? IT IS…… THE BIRD OF PREY! OMG! What a phenomenon already! A supernatural IPA chock-full of citra, chinook and mosaic hops. One of the many beers Uiltje Brewing is so, so proud of. Always fresh, and always super hoppy.
Is the Bird of Prey out of control? You bet your *ss it is! But if you drink it immediately you’ll probably be able to temper it. And if you don’t drink it ASAP you can tame this bionic bird by storing it in a cool dark place. Otherwise it becomes kryptonite!
Our feathery friend is the ideal beer for real life superheroes! Do you sometimes feel a bit adventurous? Well, a can of our sublime Bird of Prey is all you need to start off with, and the adventures will follow subsequently. One of our most precious IPA's, or India Pale Ales if you will. Takie troche wc, tylko ze nie jest wytrawne.... wiec takie hgw co coast. Pije sie ok. Kapka utlenienia. Nie jest zle, ale do dobrego troszke brakuje ;)

Canned. It pours a hazy pale lemon to golden hue with a good lacing, long-lasting, off-white head. Aroma is pine needle, spruce, resin, lemon peel. Medium fizzy, bone-dry, not so crisp. Long-lingering, very bitter finish.

330 ml can. Dark yellow, big fluffy head. Tangerine, lactose, passionfruit, papaya, some pineapple. Dry hoppy bitterness. Full bodied, milky texture, soft carbonated, dry bitter finish. Very good IPA!

330ml can. Slightly hazy golden colour with foamy white head leaving lacing and aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, hop. Taste is malt caramel, some grain with fruity citrus, pine and hop resiny bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Can. Moderately hazy gold with a fluffy white inch of head. Aroma of grapefruit, herbal lemon, underripe mango, crackers. Some softness and some sweetness from crackery/ bready malt before loads of citrus and light herbs surge over towards a fairly bitter finish. A very convincing rendition.
