CBJ Tasting. Clear brown. Thin foamy off-white head. Aroma has chewy spice and berries.. as does flavour with more bitterness. Light-medium bodied.

Easygoing and basic. Faintly toasted malts, bread, a nip of blueberry. Drinkable but pretty light.

Bottle share at CBJ. Thanks to can. Clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Light palate, fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin dark malts, watery and sweet. Soft dry pine. Mellow ripe citrus hop fruits. Semi dry finish. Fairly lame.

33cl can via Beer52. Drank on 15th November 2025, pre positioned at Auntie Sue's by me. Dark brown body, decent beige crust on top which faded quickly unfortunately. Malty front with a dark berry undertone, I wanted more depth in both body and flavour to be honest. It just felt like it was watered down.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A deep cola brown coloured pour with a fast fading chocolate coloured head; rather unpleasant farmyard aroma; quite thin in the mouth with a blueberry taste and a grainy body; then some chocolate syrup in the finish. Rather disappointing.

330ml can from Beer52. Pours a dark brown with a finger of beige foamy head; minor retention. Aroma of moderate dark malt, brown bread, biscuit, citrus rind, berries. Taste is quite hoppy and bitter with citrus coming through, touch of the blueberry and then the dark maltiness being somewhat mild but it is only a 4% ABV. Light to mid bodied, slick, easy drinking and quite tasty.
