Slight haze, pale amber. Medium head. Pale malt, some alcohol on the nose. Good body, sweet, maybe a bit sticky, with light plasticy phenols. It's about what I expected for quality, which is to say it's okay.

Clean, golden colour with some unfiltered, tiny-transparent particles through it. The head is big, frothy, kind of creamyish, white coloured with good retention and sticky-foamy lacing. Some cereal notes in the aromas with mostly maltiness. Hints of wheat-banana do come out. The alcohol is quite well-hidden - just feels like a typical 5% ABV brew. A little sweetness in the malt flavours, with some bread notes to balance and herbal hints in the finish. A tad candy sugars lingers and the wheat, banana touch. Not a bad Imperial Bock that goes down nicely, and under $3 a 500ml can.

500 ml can. Pours a bright gold with full head and some odd fine sediment. Aromas of corn syrup, Pilsner malts and dry honey. Flavors follow same with some additional florals and perfume.

This UrBock poured a deep yellow colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, caramel, cooked veggies and a little honey. First swig was really malty with perfume aftertaste. Flavours of honey, ripe fruit and brown sugar most prominent. Finish is thick, malty and full flavoured.
