Draught at Tip Tap Room, 7/26/18.
Bright, sunny-orange juice-to-chicken soup-looking mix. White head is medium-sized, showing moderate retention.
Smells of citrus; primarily tangerine/meyer lemon with cracker and honey-like malt notes behind it, gently. Not a huge aroma but it seems free from garlic/scallion or any large amount of resin/alcohol.
Dry as hell in the mouth, yet creamy-soft in the texture, nonetheless. Chewiness never abates and it absorbs a lot of bitterness, though it still grows on the palate. More juice as it warms but this is pushing it with the dry and bitter aspect despite the texture being more or less perfect. Grapefruit-pine-lime-lemon don't provide a whole lot to get excited about, either. Does continue to get juicy and stays soft but it's just too bitter and acidic, approaching pine sol-like character at points.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Mr Tipple for the can. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, soft, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft creamy sweet malts. Modest pine and very mild hop spice. Sweetish floral citrus. Light orange and tangerine, some mango. Modest hop skunk. Smooth pine. Smooth finish. Very smooth and drinkable. Could do with more hop punch.
