Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Black colour, The basics: full bodied, sweet, balance of chocolate and roast, with relatively high acidity. All this is coated by a thick layer of vanilla and salted caramel, dancing between interesting and artificial.

Blik 33cl thuis. Caramelzoet, toffee, vanille, koffie, koffiedrab, chocolade vol, zwaar, romig, oily, boozy, intens, bitters in de nadronk. Flink zoet. Eigenzinnig. Geen doordrinker, wel genieten. (23-11-2019).

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Chocolate mousse and hopjesvla in the aroma and flavor. Malty, very sweet, perhaps oversweet. Roasty, cacao powder. Sticky finish. The roast makes the dominant sweetness bearable.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel chocolate malt with light grassy hops, dark fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle at Astoria Bier and Cheese.

15/6/2019. Bottle from North Bar, Leeds shared at the Prague GP bottle share. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, toffee, coffee and fudge. Medium plus sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness.. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Rich chocolate finish. Good!

Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours black-brown with a small, khaki head. The nose holds toffee, toasted brown bread, berries. Medium sweet flavour with notes of alcohol, dried fruits, toffee and butterscotch. Medium to full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly warming, with more brown bread, buttery toffee. Fun stuff overall
