A pale blonde cider with aroma of sweet apple, light brett, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of apple skins, Brett, light lactic notes, light and smooth. Bottle from Maine, 5 years old.

Can from the back of the fridge. Need to make room for more Limearitas. Where did this come from? I think it was City Swiggers. 12oz can. Now called "Super Dry Cidah". 6.5% edition. Mason jar pour. Clear, ginger gold body. Smells like cream soda, or maybe light butterscotch; hay. Taste is dry, with a greasy mouthfeel. Subtle carbonation. Grassy, bitter apple essence, white wine, decent acid & a touch of butterscotch & dust on the finish. Tis okay.

Sample at the taproom. Slightly cloudy straw color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of apple, yeast and spice. Medium body with flavors of mildly funky yeast, apple and spice. The finish is dry with a slightly funky and tart apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft at Paradiso Dupont. Hazy very pale yellow color, bubbles. Aroma of apple skin and lemon. Tastenis like biting into an apple, dry finish. Carbonation totally unnecessary but fortunately is minimal.

Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #61. 12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Dedham. Pours a hazy straw color with a bit of a fizzy head. Aroma of sweet apples, dry apples and a mild hint of funk. The taste is dry apples, earth, Lifesavers candy, lemon, mild funk. Medium bodied, lingering tartness.

On tap at Meridian Pint’s DC Beer Week Cider Event. Pours a hazy, bright, neon lime green with zero head. Nose is tart, apples, green apple skin, candle wax. Flavor is nice and tart, almost lemony, a kombucha spiciness, mold ginger, apple core. Plenty of apple. Dry, lightly spicy finish.

cask-white ring-pale yellow. A-apple skins, musty. T-tart apple skins. Nice nose I’d say.
