Our latest edition of Free Rise, one of our signature saisons, highlights locally sourced Danko Rye from Valley Malt and Mosaic in the dry hop. A nuanced fruity hop profile is balanced with subtle, crisp malt character and expressive notes of pepper and clove. Light in body, with a clean, bone-dry finish, Mosaic Dry Hopped Free Rise is a welcomed addition to our family of farmhouse ales.

Bottle from Trillium Boston and drunk in my apartment. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Not sure aroma works. I was going to say meaty. Some saison on finish. Eeek not sure what this is. Not great. Hoppy. Bitter. Metallic. Not great.

750ml bottle I picked up at the brewery pours a hazy yellow with some cloudy, white head. Nose has an odd dust note at first, then yeast, mild perfume, guava, soap, wet grass. Flavor is very good, the Mosaic and yeast characters really sing together, well balanced, fruity, guava, grass, candy, perfume. Creamy finish.

Poured into a snifter showing well filtered yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows light notes of brett, malt, and dry hopped mosaic. The palate is lightly carbonated and thick bodied. Flavors of very light tropical pineapple with a hopped bitterness on the finish. Light and simple.

Taster pour at Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Across America. Aroma is strong spicy rye, tart, esters, banana, clove. Appearance is clear yellow, small foamy ring of head, mild lacing. Taste is banana, citrus, esters, corn, spice. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, soft to average carbonation, spiciness, and mix of flavors in the finish. Overall, there is a lot going on here from aromas to flavors to mouthfeel. Excellent.
