Bottle courtesy of further, thank you sir! Crystal clear bright golden color, fluffy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Nice aroma of earthy grapefruit, pineapple, tangerine. Taste is bittersweet pine and citrus with a hefty malt backbone. Delicious.

2nd March 2016
A bottle that is at least 6 months old. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Good fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, light cream. Good piney hops with lesser citrus and tropical fruits. Still has a good spicy bite to the hops despite the age. Light semi dry finish. Hop spice linger on. Held up very well indeed.

Cloudy tan, bright, oh my mandarin, calamansi, and that type with a dash of chewy malt, and the hops aren’t super fresh.

Bottle from Bottleworks, Seattle
Cloudy orange color with almost no head; viscous pour. The aroma is mild, there is some malt, caramel, sugars, not much hops though, and some cow barn too. Smooth and round mouthfeel; malt flavor, quite sweet, with some caramel and toffee; strong bitterness; the hop is quite resiny but not much fruity.
Good beer, not impressive, tastes old.

I can’t believe this only showed up in Juneau this week. Sigh, good job MS for selling out your home state.
This is gonna go real well, I can tell.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy pale orange to brown color with a thin half fingered white foamy head. The head dissipated within thirty seconds and barely left any lacing.
The aroma had a decent sweet caramel malt base lined with some super light citrus hops and that’s about all she called for.
The taste was bitter and sweet at different times. There was a super dry citrusy aftertaste that lead to a really dry finish.
On the palate, this was about a medium in body and it showed a semi-decent sessionability about it.
Overall, uhhh...palate scorching, hmmm...no way, did I get an old bottle? Perhaps, I know this beer is normally released in March and I’m having it in June. Sigh, nice try MS, way to sell out your home state. This is your second strike as you made me have to trade for that over rated Berserker. Show your face and make amends cause I’ll most likely never buy this swill again.

On tap @ Blind Tiger. This is a blurry peachy golden colored one with a small light lacing just off-white top. Smells really nice, kinda bready with malts, lots of some hoppy stingy stuff, aspices with a little bit of grass. Not to bad at all. It has a oily mouthfeel and a just below average carbonation level. Nice hoppy malty and almost stingy bitter flavors. Lots of flavors here! Caramel and hop juice. Somewhat drymouthing in the finish. Peachy also with a really balanced bitter and malty finish. Really good and refreshing! 18.06.2013
