Bottle from Drink? Hebden Bridge. Paler clear golden with an extremely thin head. Smooth tasting with an ale-like texture, but clear lager malt in its taste. Is at its hoppiest in its nose.

(Draught at Mother Kelly’s, Bethnal Green, London, 21 April 2016) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, citrus, grass and hints of floral hops. Malty taste with bread, grass, toffee, a touch of citrus and a gentle grassy/citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well made lager, but nothing extra. Quite enjoyable.

Keg at BD AGM. It pours clear gold with a thick, fine foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, lemon parfait, cereal, buttered white bread and straw. The taste is smooth, white bread, lemon peel, minerals, pepper and grass with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent lager.
