Juice from hand-picked Washington State peaches is married with the richness of Dry Fly bourbon barrels to give this cider a deep vanilla and plum character. This creates the perfect balance of sweet, ripe peaches and tartness of green apples. A touch of oak tannin finishes this cider off perfectly.

Clear copper gold. Caramel and cooked apples with some stone fruit. Caramel and some dirty cooked apple. Not bad, but I would not drink this again.

12 oz from a six pack bought at Winco. Aroma is peach, apples, vanilla, faint wood, faint bourbon. Pours clear pale golden with a collapsing off-white head. Taste is tart and sweet with peach and apple flavors. The bourbon influence is subtle, but there if one looks for it. Pretty tasty.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours clear, bright, light gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is moderately peach with a light touch of bourbon. Getting close to medium body. Flavor is somewhat tart, peach, and enough bourbon to justify the title. There's even a touch of wood. Not quite astringent; slightly sweet. But somehow the bourbon/wood renders it well towards dry - tho bitter isn't exactly it, it's like bitter. Very nice flavor indeed.

355ml can from Trader Joes, U-District, Seattle. Drunk on our first jet-lagged evening in our motel room. Clear gold appearance, strong butterscotch / bourbon aroma. Taste veers towards a strong boozy butterscotch character, fairly sweet, tempered by some peachy shades which do work. Again, interesting flavour profile but hard to really identify it as a cider.

On tap at Portland Cider, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny head. Aroma brings out subtle bourbon and a touch of dry peaches. Flavour is quite sweet and juicy, with a subtle bourbon character and juicy peaches. Fairly sweet but there's a lot going on. Enjoyable.
