Voici une autre bière collaborative ! Ça brûle est une Smoothie Sour que nous avons brassée en collaboration avec nos amis de Drekker Brewing Company. Nous avons ajouté en masse de la purée de framboise, mûre, pêche, bleuet. Nous avons completé le tout en ajoutant des biscuits graham, des amandes et de la crème glacée sans lactose.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy blue-ish color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of fresh blueberry notes with light tart notes and some sweet notes from the ice cream. Taste is also a mix of berries and light tart notes with a slightly sweet finish from the ice cream. Body is full with good carbonation. Not my favorite type of beer but this one is quite good.

A murky violet colour with not much head, but a sticky film covering the glass. Some nice vanilla in the nose, over the fruity base of berries. The taste shows the peaches blending things between the berries and vanilla ice cream. The almonds flavours linger on the tongue in the aftertaste, with light tartiness, and the nice sourness. Gets even more sour as it pours. Another nice, refreshing, fruity-sour Smoothie beer with berries, peaches and vanilla ice cream.

A dark purplish ale with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity blueberry, raspberry, light lactic notes, light vanilla, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart raspberry, light Blueberry, light acidity, light vanilla, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.
