6.5% Hazy IPA with Nelson Sauvin & Motueka

A series showcasing the unique terroir & dedicated growers of New Zealand; brewed in collaboration with Garston Hops.

At a latitude of 45°S, the McNamee family's crops benefit from long summer days, cold winters & a clean, dry climate in the southernmost hop farm in the country.
These conditions are ideal for the hops on the bine & the sheep that graze beneath them.

Their two-tier approach to regenerative farming prizes flavour, aroma & respect for the land in equal measure, making us even prouder to be the first brewery in Europe to use their product.

Intense white grape, Sanguine peach & Candy floss

Hazy yellow with a frothy, white head. Aroma green grapes and gooseberries with a faint touch of cotton candy. Taste is bitter to acrid and extremely citric. There’s a touch of fruit candy sweetness on a big, chewy robust body, but the bitterness dominates throughout. Long, dry, citric finish. Aggressive but still pleasant.

Very nice medley of zesty citrusy lime and lemon, some Nelson tender juicy white grape and crushed gooseberries, some grass, pine, semi sweet creamy malty backing, balanced bitter floral and herbal hoppy finish. Lovely.

440ml can. Murky pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of white wine, grapes, gooseberry, citrus, dank. Taste dominated by Nelson, lots of white wine and grape, some tangy gooseberry, zesty citrus, dank herbs throughout, light piney bitterness to finish. Medium bodied, soft, smooth. Another excellent addition to the series.
