Elevated is a collective effort with our good friends at Beak from Lewes in East Sussex. A DDH IPA with Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Motueka Sub Zero Hop Kief.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a decent creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine into slightly ripe but juicy citrus. Mellow skunk and mild hop spice rash. Soft stone fruits on the back end. Airy finish. Tidy IPA, fair amount going on.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Murky golden body with a thin white head that fades quickly. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, lemongrass and orange. Flavour of lime, pineapple and a hint of hop burn. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A citric and juicy IPA.

Murky orange topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is juicy tropicana, grass, pine resin, mango, papaya.
Taste comprises bitter orange, NZ hop shizzle, grass, stone fruit, white grape, dank spike, pine resin, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Solid kit.

440ml can. Murky yellow with a small white head. Aroma of gooseberry, grape, white wine, pithy citrus, pineapple. Taste is intensely hoppy, pithy orange and grapefruit, gooseberry, white wine, grape, pineapple, bitter hop finish. Medium bodied.

Fruity citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, some Nelson gooseberry and white grape, some more citrusy lemon coming in, hop spice, dense sweet creamy malty backing, piney balanced bitter edged hoppy finish. Very nice.
