Bottle. Dark brown color. Caramel, raisin and a hint of port in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor, raisin, porto. Hint of caramel. Pleasant, vinous. Could use a bit more oak aging. Low on carbon.

Clear amber brown colour, small fizzy off-white head, quickly diappearing, light lacing. Aroma toasted malts, dark fruits, candied cherries, wood, port, caramel, alcohol. Taste light heavy sweet, slightly bitter and light sourish notes, malty, red fruits, woody, light port, retronasal wood and port. Sweetbitter aftertaste with fruity sourish notes, warming alcohol, medium body, sticky to watery texture, average carbonation. Bit odd brew the rich ripe aroma with wood and port isn't followed by the same in the taste which is light and fruity and gradually becoming more and more sourish, interesting.

Hazy amber - brown beer, good pale tan head. Palate is softish and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, trace of cream. Spicy esters getting sweeter. Light red wine berries. Estery spicy dry finish. Bit too ester dominant but fine.

Dark brown color, off-white head, good retention. Aroma has notes of toasted malts, caramel, ripe fruit. Flavor is slightly yeasty, light sweet, notes of chocolate plumbcake and red wine. No presence of alcohol in spite of its 9% ABV. Light sweetness in the final, no cloying. Smooth and creamy on palate with a good presence of Port wine in the aftertaste.
