This clear, HELLES-style beer with smoky notes and a subtle bergamot aroma captures autumn in a glass. It's a great companion for catching the last warm rays of sunshine outside or for listening to music at a bar on a misty evening. It’s also a great partner on the dance floor. Geel Schuim will be available this fall around the Amsterdam Dance Event.

Can at Bar Oorlam. Clear golden, nice offwhite foam. Grätzer smokiness initially , flowery, doughy/brioche smoke, raw ale fruits and grains, nice salt, herb and grass bitterness, chewy medium body, spritzy, complex, the actual smoky champagne of beers, very fun.

Can at Oorlem. Golden, clear. Herbal tea, ash, sour nose. Full, creamy chewy, oily. Front heavy and long lasting smooth bitterness, ash. Interesting, in a good way. Love the mouthfeel. The can has a little white cat on a swing, below a full golden moon (extra point for the artwork, yes). Was told there is a cat at Oorlam; glad that we found it.

On tap at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam on 28th November 2025. Clear gold with yellowy white foam and full lacing. Caramel maltiness and smoke in aroma. Rich and intense smokiness in-mouth - woodsmoke, and a finish to match. Zingy mouthfeel and a medium body.
